I conceptualized a new brand, called 'Brave Sea,' and designed a collection of custom iPhone wallpapers that aligned with the brand.

I began by putting together a moodboard, then selected the five scenes I wanted to depict. I wanted to show the adventure inherent with the sea—all the thrills, perils and even the calm.

After illustrating the wallpapers, I experimented with a number of color schemes, but finally settled on a blue-orange complementary scheme. I felt this strong contrast best fit the mood I wanted to evoke with the collection, and allowed me to place strong emphasis on each design's most important elements.
